CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Tonesha joined Ultimate Exposures in July 2023 and leads a small team of Customer Service Representatives. She is dedicated to ensuring the team provides excellent service by training and coaching staff, monitoring performance, and resolving customer issues. Tonesha also manages schedules, implements policies and procedures, analyzes customer feedback, and works to improve processes, all with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and trying new foods and activities. She has a passion for interior design, listens to a wide variety of music, and enjoys informative podcasts. Additionally, she dabbles in graphic design, bringing creativity to everything she does.
