UE always provides high quality products that I like to display and share with friends and family. They make is easy to order online and add onto your original order. Also able to adapt to any situation, like rain. – Phyllis

The team that takes the pictures is amazing! Chris and his photographer let me daughter take an extra picture, and that was a lot of fun for her. The woman taking the order forms and money was very helpful. The pictures came out great! We are excited to share them with family and friends. The whole experience was very professional and well organized – the team moved the kids through quickly, but they spent enough time with each child to make sure the photos were done well. Thank you for great quality photos all 3 years we have been a part of Upward. – Victoria

Our Picture Day Process

Each client is assigned a dedicated UE Account Manager to ensure the on-site logistical process is quick and efficient, allowing teachers and students more time in their classrooms. We provide helpful materials such as scheduling templates, posters, and email blasts to help coordinate and inform families about Picture Day. Our high quality digital photography process allows our photographers the ability to check poses and expressions on the spot to guarantee great images every time. Schools can choose from our two different methods of Picture Day execution.

Touch Free – Our brand new, touch-free system is the safest option for the Picture Day process. Gone are the days of passing order envelopes and camera cards back and forth. Your school provides a roster, our photographer’s tablets are pre-loaded with all the names. As the students walk up they state their name and we take their picture. Proofs are available online within days and all orders are mailed directly home, reducing the number of hands involved in a typical distribution. The speed and safety of this system will help our clients adapt to the new normal.

Traditional – Order forms are delivered and distributed so parents can pre-pay for picture packages. Email addresses are requested on the envelope so parents can view their student’s proof. If a parent is unhappy with the picture, they can notify us immediately, we will not print their pre-paid package, and the child can come to makeup day.

Our online system allows parents the ability to order pictures 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose from our wide array of wonderful packages and products and receive orders in 7-10 days.

Our dedication to complete follow through does not end at Picture Day. ID cards, yearbook CDs, digital mug books, cume stickers, teacher and staff packages, and specially designed school products are delivered in a timely fashion. Students will receive their photo packages within 3 weeks of Picture Day labeled by name and sorted by classroom for easy distribution.

St. Mary’s School in Gainesville, Texas, began using Ultimate Exposures as our school photographers during the 2008-2009 school year. Our parents have been pleased with the photographs. We have been using UE for the last 13 years and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of the product is first rate, but it is the customer service that keeps us loyal. Erin and her team are always looking for ways to accommodate our needs. For example, at our request they shot our portraits outdoors in natural light with lush foliage as a background. I know this is not easy, but they were willing to give it a try and the results were beautiful. They also offer online previewing and ordering, which gives families more options and streamlines the process on our end. The staff is always very professional and accommodating – phone calls are returned promptly and if there is ever a problem it is resolved easily and quickly. We get solicitations from other photographers all the time, but have no reason to consider going with another company – our friends at Ultimate Exposure do a terrific job! – Kathryn, Community Magnet Charter School

I’d like to put in a good word for Ultimate Exposures. Every time I have asked for photos from them to print in Krum News over the last few years, I literally receive the photos within minutes. This includes photos for football, basketball, or basically anything I’ve ever asked for. And although not affiliated with Krum ISD, this includes any photos I need for the Krum Youth Sports Association (KYSA), which also contracts with them for their football and cheer photos. We’ve worked with many photographers over the years for both our Sanger and Krum newspapers, and Ultimate Exposures has by far been the most helpful and easy to work with. – Lee Ann, Lemons Publications, Inc.

These look fantastic. Thank you for another great commencement. Both of your photographers were wonderful, very professional and a pleasure to work with. – Kim Johnson, Commencement Coordinator, Hope International University

The Ultimate Exposures team is a pleasure to work with and proactive; offering new ways to meet our graduates needs by standard business practices that include technologies that were either not available or not offered to us by our past vendor. The addition of UE to our commencement line up greatly enhanced the student’s graduation experience. Our campus holds seventeen ceremonies over two days. UE meets with our planners prior to the ceremonies to discuss details of the events and determine dates and times to train readers and volunteers. Their experienced photographers have successfully met every challenge in working with different and non-traditional venues. We are fortunate to have found a partner whose offerings and values line up with our goals. – Rebecca Dufault, Commencement Coordinator, University of Massachusetts, Amherst

Over the past decade, The Master’s College has had the privilege of being associated with the wonderful people and outstanding work of Ultimate Exposures. Shooting the college’s graduation year after year has allowed me to see the professionalism of these people and the joy with which they work. Their products have drawn rave reviews from graduates and parents alike. We look forward to many more years of a close relationship with the people at Ultimate Exposures. – Don Gilmore, Registrar, The Master’s College
