Picture Day Guide

UE Picture Days are smooth running, efficient, and fun! To help achieve this goal, please follow these simple guidelines. Through a team effort, we’ll achieve Ultimate success!

There are NO order forms to be filled out.
Your coach will provide you with your scheduled photo time.
Please arrive 15 minutes early in full uniform.
Upon arrival, find your coach/team and stay together as a group. Your coach/team parent will visit our on-site sales booth to check in.
Parents may visit our sales booth to “touch and feel” our product selection and get help with any questions.
The use of onsite QR codes ensures parents will receive email proofs of their athletes.
All images from Picture Day are posted online within 10 days.

Raised Composites

Our Raised Composites are built with the highest quality archival injet papers and ink. The layout and lettering are all printed on the composite. Handpainting can be added to Raised Composites.

Enhanced Composites

For our Enhanced Composites artists incorporate drop shadowing and strokes to the letters to provide the illusion of a raised composite.

Our Picture Day Process

Each client is assigned a dedicated UE Account Manager to ensure the on-site logistical process is quick and efficient, allowing teachers and students more time in their classrooms. We provide helpful materials such as scheduling templates, posters, and email blasts to help coordinate and inform families about Picture Day. Our high quality digital photography process allows our photographers the ability to check poses and expressions on the spot to guarantee great images every time. Schools can choose from our two different methods of Picture Day execution.

Touch Free – Our brand new, touch-free system is the safest option for the Picture Day process. Gone are the days of passing order envelopes and camera cards back and forth. Your school provides a roster, our photographer’s tablets are pre-loaded with all the names. As the students walk up they state their name and we take their picture. Proofs are available online within days and all orders are mailed directly home, reducing the number of hands involved in a typical distribution. The speed and safety of this system will help our clients adapt to the new normal.

Traditional – Order forms are delivered and distributed so parents can pre-pay for picture packages. Email addresses are requested on the envelope so parents can view their student’s proof. If a parent is unhappy with the picture, they can notify us immediately, we will not print their pre-paid package, and the child can come to makeup day.

Our online system allows parents the ability to order pictures 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose from our wide array of wonderful packages and products and receive orders in 7-10 days.

Our dedication to complete follow through does not end at Picture Day. ID cards, yearbook CDs, digital mug books, cume stickers, teacher and staff packages, and specially designed school products are delivered in a timely fashion. Students will receive their photo packages within 3 weeks of Picture Day labeled by name and sorted by classroom for easy distribution.

Senior Preparation Tips

Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early.

Hair: Getting a cut or a new style? Make the change a week before. Style your hair in a way that takes little maintenance.

Nails: Bright colors can be a little distracting. Fresh paint will look best.

Make-Up: Keep it natural. Eye shadow and lip color is a great touch. Bring your make-up for touch-ups between sessions.

Shaving: A fresh shave is a must. If you have facial hair, have it nicely trimmed.

Clothing: Clothes should be freshly pressed. Avoid tank tops, loud or busy patterns, and logos. Bring a range from nice casual to dressy.

Guys: Bring a white shirt and tie to your session.

Girls: Bring a spaghetti strap tank top or strapless tube top to your session.

What happens if a student misses picture day or does not like their photo?

We offer a make-up day so absent students, or those unhappy with their first pose, can be photographed again.
